The sealing surface of the welded flange connection is uneven, the installation is complicated, and the labor cost, installation method and auxiliary material cost are relatively high.

3. Socket welding: generally used for pipes with nominal pressure less than or equal to 10.0MPa and nominal diameter less than or equal to 40mm.

4. Loosen: Generally used in pipelines with low pressure but corrosive media, so this flange has strong corrosion resistance and is mainly made of stainless steel.

This connection is mainly used for the connection of cast iron pipes, rubber lining pipes, non-ferrous metal pipes, flange valves, etc. Flange connections are also used for connections between process equipment and flanges.
